RETURNS and REFUND POLICY


As products are mostly skin and personal care, and for hygiene reasons, we can not refund due to change of mind.

If the product is faulty, we will replace the item at our discretion, provided we are satisfied that the fault or defect was caused by defective workmanship or faulty materials.

A full refund will only be provided if your product is faulty or damaged and if we don't have a replacement for it. We will only refund once the item has been returned to us and that we are satisfied that the the fault and defect was caused by defective workmanship or faulty materials or the product has been damage during transportation. Customer will have to organise the return of the product at their own cost.
